FOTD: Maybelline Color Tattoo in "Bad to the Bronze"

I wanted to do a FOTD and rave about the Maybelline Color Tattoo in "Bad to the Bronze". This is the second color I have gotten from this line, and so far I am very pleased! My first color was "Tough as Taupe" and although I haven't used it by itself yet, I love it as a base for other colors. "Bad to the Bronze" was the second color I bought and I wore it by itself with no primer underneath and it lasted for about 10 hours, no creasing! The picture quality is not the best, but I hope you get the point [excuse my hair, it was pretty early in the morning]. Let me know if you have tried any of the Color Tattoo shades and if so, which is your favorite.
For those of you who want to know, my tattoo says "Better to light one candle than to curse the darkness" with a bird underneath it, and both of my rings were my mom's from the 1970s.

falsies, nails, and more!

Here are a few pictures of beauty ideas that I have been trying lately. Let me know what you have been trying out!
NOTD: OPI polish in French Quarter for Your Thoughts (limited edition collection, but any muted gray will do) and Essie polish in Set in Stones from the Luxeffects collection (found this color at WalMart)
In this picture, I did a look using the Naked 2 palette. I am obsessed with that palette, definitely worth the $50! Some people say that if you have the Naked 1 palette, then you don't need both, but I would disagree. I find that the Naked 2 palette suits my fair skin and green eyes better.

I never wear false lashes, but these Kiss lashes in 07 from WalMart are nice. Excuse the fallout from my eyeshadow on the lashes. Anyways, the Kiss lashes have red applicator strings that help to apply the lashes for people who don't know how to attach them as well. Perfect for beginners, such as myself.
This look was from a few months ago, but I wanted to write about the amazing lip combo that I discovered. I am not a big fan of spending tons of money on a lip liner, and I found that NYX (found at Ulta and online) has a lot of great lip liners that match well with higher end lipsticks. The NYX liner that I used for this look is in "Fuschia". I layered that under MAC's "Girl About Town" lipstick and topped it off with NYX's Mega Shine Lip Gloss in "Dolly Pink". It is important to remember to moisturize your lips when using a matte lipstick! Any good moisturizing balm will work, I like to use Sugar Lip Treatment or MAC's Tendertone lip balm in "Tread Gently".
